2. INTRODUCTION OF IMPORTANT EQUIPMENTS

1) PRETREATMENT
IT IS A SERIES OF PROCESSES FOR THE REMOVING OF ALIENS FROM THE SURFACE OF THE WORKPIECES, COMPOSED OF DEGREASING, RINSING, SURFACE-CONDITIONING, PHOSPHATING AND RINSING BEFORE THE PAINTING PROCESS. AFTER ELIMINATING ALL OF THE OIL ,DUST AND OTHER IMPURITIES. THE WORKPIECES ARE PASSES THROUGH THE PROCESSES OF SURFACE-CONDITIONING AND PHOSPHATING WHAT MEANS TO COAT WITH PHOSPHORIC LAYER TO IMPROVE THE ANTI-CORROSION AND THE ADHERENCE OF THE PAINT FILM.

  • 2) ELECTRO- DEPOSITION SYSTEM
    WHEN DIRECT CURRENT ELECTRIC ENERGY WAS CHARGED BETWEEN THE ELECTRODES AND WORKPIECES, AFTER IMMERSED IN THE WATER-BORNE PAINT, IT PRODUCES THE PAINT DEPOSITION ON THE SURFACE OF WORKPIECES. THE EXCELLENT PAINT PERMEATION MAKES EASY TO COAT INSIDE OF THE COMPLICATED ITEMS. THIS METHOD HAS MUCH OF ADVANTAGES OF GOOD QUALITY OF PAINT FILM WITH UNIQUE PAINT FILM THICKNESS, GOOD TRANSFER EFFICIENCY OVER 95%, WHICH SAVES THE PAINTING COST TOGETHER WITH SYSTEM AUTOMATION, AND THE DECREASE OF THE FIRE RISK AS WELL AS THE REDUCTION OF THE AIR POLLUTION ALSO.

    A AUTO-DEPOSITION SYSTEM OF WATERBORNE PROCESS WHICH DEPENDS ON CHEMICAL REACTIONS TO ACHIEVE DEPOSITION. THIS PROCESS HAS BEEN IN COMMERCIAL USE SINCE 1975. PRESENTLY, THERE ARE NUMEROUS INSTALLATIONS IN OPERATION, COATING A VARIETY OF FABRICATED STEEL PARTS FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE AND GENERAL INDUSTRY MARKETS. WITHOUT CHARGING OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY , IN THE BATH OF MILDLY ACIDIC LATEX EMULSION POLYMER, THE LIBERATED IRON IONS INTERACT CHEMICALLY WITH THE LATEX IN SOLUTION CAUSING COATING DEPOSITION ON THE SURFACE OF THE STEEL PARTS. A UNIQUE FEATURE OF THE AUTODEPOSITION PROCESS IS THE FORMATION OF A VERY UNIFORM FILM OVER THE ENTIRE SURFACE OF THE WORKPIECE, EVEN IN DIFFICULT-TO-REACH AREAS.   • 5) LIQUID PAINT SPRAY BOOTH
    WE HAVE TWO TYPES ; DRY TYPE AND WET TYPE BOOTH. THE PAINT SPRAY IS VERY HARMFUL TO WORKER AND DANGEROUS FOR EXPLOSION AND CATCHING FIRE. SO, THE BOOTH SHOULD BE EQUIPPED WITH AIR SUPPLY AND EXHAUST SYSTEM AND IN THE SPRAY BOOTH OF WET TYPE, THE OVERSPRAYED PAINT MIST SHOULD BE CAUGHT THROUGH THE FLOOR TYPE OR WALL TYPE HYDROSPIN SYSTEM AND SENT TO SLUDGE POOL IN STATE OF MIXED WITH THE CIRCULATION WATER IN THE SYSTEM. THE EXHAUSTED AIR FROM THE BOOTH IS SENT TO PASS THROUGH THE ACTIVE CARBON TOWER TO ELIMINATE THE VOLATILE SOLVENT OF GAS STATE.

    DRY-OFF TYPE OVEN IS USED FOR EVAPORATING OF WATER CONTENT AFTER PRETREATMENT PROCESS AND THE BAKING OVEN IS USED FOR BAKING THE COATED FILM ON THE SURFACE OF THE WORKPIECES AFTER PAINTING. ACCORDING TO THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PAINT AND THE CONDITION OF THE ENERGY SOURCE, THE HEAT SOURCE,THE METHOD OF HEAT EXCHANGE, HEATING TEMPERATURE AND TIME SHOULD BE DECIDED.

THE CONVEYER TYPE , LENTH OF LINE, PULLING POWER AS WELL AS THE SPEED AND THE HANGER PITCH SHOULD BE DECIDED AFTER TECHNICAL CONSIDERATION OF THE DIMENSION OF THE WORKPIECES, WEIGHT, PRODUCTION VOLUME , PAINTING METHODS AND ETC.
